We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. Well, it's pretty easy.
1. Search for a particular picture
2. Duotone it in black and white
3. Copy & paste it on another white blank (or another colour) page starting from a pale colour like yellow and gradually copy paste it into a darker colour such as pink or blue.
4. and then add some noise if you want to give it the same effect as I did. All depends on you
If you did not understand one bit, you can ask me. It's really easy to do, basically just copy pasting and adding a bit of your personal touch.
